Sharks host the Ducks in a pair of scrimmages this weekend. (Games have nominally been two periods of 30-minute running clock. Instead, it was a full 60 minute game, with 3 ice-cleaning stops/period.)
This is a chance for the prospects to impress their prospective NHL head coaches, scouts, and fans, and to play against rivals rather than teammates.

Sharks dominated first and third; Ducks the second.
Bergman “tweaked something” in 1st period, and did not return to play. Sommer hopeful, it’s just a minor issue. (Per Merc’s Pashelka)
