From Los Angeles Kings 92nd overall selection (the first pick of the fourth round) in exchange for a fourth round selection in 2009 and a fifth round selection in 2010
From Nashville Predators 106th overall selection in exchange for a seventh round selection (207th overall) and a fourth round selection in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft (previously acquired from Toronto).

Note: Sharks acquired 6th round pick for Parker trade, but it was send to Colorado in 2007 draft day transaction.
